Caring Hearts Ambulance Sevices works with other services that share a common goal while remaining independent from one another

The goal to provide professional and curtious service to the residents and health care facilities in their communities. 

By working together as a team they ensure their communities always has medical transportation readily available while respecting one another as team members 

All services  stand ready to assist one another 24hrs 7 days a week in caring for their communities, health care facuilities and residents.

Teamwork is the capability to comprehend and recognize the diverse strengths and abilities in a group setting and then applying them to one final solution.

In the 21st century, as the emergency services are becoming more sophisticated and society is becoming more technically advanced, working as a team makes it easier to accomplish goals in providing emergency services to area residents.

 Some things cannot be accomplished by emergency services working individually. Larger, ambitious goals usually require that emergency services work together with other emergency services.

  The reason for this is because most emergency services today want people who are team players, people who are able to get along with their colleagues and work together in a cohesive group.

Because teamwork is the desired goal of many organizations today, they will often go to the effort of coordinating team building events in an attempt to get emergency services to work as a team rather than as individual services .

Will be working together in providing our local Acute Health Care Facility in meeting thier ALS and BLS transportation needs.  Although both services will be housed together in the near future they will continue to operate as separate entities. This is a display of two services working together to meet a common goal of improving EMS service and providing skilled professional patient care  in a joint effort.
