WHAT IS A AVERAGE DAY FOR THE FIELD STAFF

In some case's the day starts as early as 5am and continues sometimes  into the early evening hours. During the course of the day crews can handle as anywhere from 10 to 25 scheduled routine patient transfers. This does not include the unexpected request for a patient to be transfered to a un-schedule doctors appointment, Hospital discharges or emergencys. Field staff sometime find themselves having to deal with

uncooperative patients, unexpected delays do to patient not being ready for transfer, weather and traffic conditions. At the end of their day one crew remains on-call for evening calls.
